Spiced Fig Glazed Ham

Making a ham for your Easter or Christmas holiday dinner or brunch? Throw away the packet of corn syrup that comes with the ham and grab some Spiced Fig Not Ketchup instead. Once you’ve tried ham with a sweet, sticky crust of Mission figs, tangy apple cider vinegar and our secret blend of spices, you’ll never go back.

Ingredients
  • 1 spiral-sliced half ham
  • 2 bottles Spiced Fig Not Ketchup

*90 minutes | 10+ servings

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven as directed on the ham packaging.
  2. Bake the ham according to the instructions.
  3. Half an hour before the ham will be done, remove it from the oven. Pour 1 bottle of Spiced Fig Not Ketchup over the ham, using the back of a spoon or a basting brush to make sure all the ham’s surfaces are coated. Return the ham to the oven to finish cooking for the last 30 minutes.
  4. Remove the finished ham from the oven, place on a cutting board, and carve. Serve hot with more Spiced Fig Not Ketchup on the side.
