Who doesn’t love a classic meatloaf? This one is so easy you can get it in the oven in less than 10 minutes. Baking it with a Not Ketchup glaze makes a sweet, tangy crust on top.

Use your favorite flavor of Not Ketchup – they’re all terrific in this recipe!



   ½ pound ground beef

  ½ pound ground pork

  ½ pound ground pork

  ½ cup chopped onion

  2 teaspoons garlic salt (or 1 ½ teaspoons salt plus ½ teaspoon garlic powder)

  1 egg

  ½ cup Not Ketchup (any flavor), plus more for serving

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the beef, pork, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic salt, and egg. Use your hands to make sure everything is well combined.
  3. Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper. Turn the meat mixture out onto the lined baking sheet and form into a loaf shape with your hands. Using the back of a spoon (or your hands), cover the meatloaf with ½ cup of your favorite flavor of Not Ketchup.
  4. Bake the meatloaf approximately 1 hour. Check the internal temperature with a meat thermometer; the meatloaf is done when the center reaches 155 degrees.
  5. Serve immediately with more Not Ketchup on the side.
