Who doesn't love wings? But there's no need to bathe them in sugary sauce. Cherry Chipotle Not Ketchup makes the best wing sauce in the world.



   3 pounds chicken wings and drumettes

  1 cup flour

  2 Tablespoons cornstarch

  1 Tablespoon ground pepper

  1/2 Tablespoon salt

  5 cups vegetable oil

  1/2 cup Cherry Chipotle Not Ketchup

 Run chicken under cold water, then dry chicken with a paper towel. Place in a bowl.

  1. Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Add chicken to flour / dry ingredients mixture. Make sure all chicken pieces are coated in flour mixture.  Place on a  rack for flour mixture to settle in for about 5 minutes.
  3. In a large frying pan over a medium -high flame, heat oil and allow to get hot.
  4. Fry chicken for 14 minutes or until cooked well.
  5. Remove from oil and set to the side.
  6. In a bowl add Cherry Chipotle Not Ketchup. Toss wings in sauce.
  7. Place on a plate and eat hot.
